1. Your right to opt out
eye2eye.nyc does not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels (from partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) that may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising under California and other U.S. state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
2. How to opt out
You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Manage your preferences. Use the "Manage my preferences" button below (or the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer) and turn off the "Targeting & Marketing" category. [This button opens the cookie preference centre.]
- Global Privacy Control. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension. When we detect a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser.
- Email us. Send a request to privacy@eye2eye.nyc with "Opt out of sale/share" in the subject line.
3. Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask the agent for proof that you authorised them to act on your behalf.
4. Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 18 years of age.
