1. Our limited warranty
eye2eye.nyc warrants that, for 12 months from the date of delivery, your eyewear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Our Products are produced by GoHub's certified optical laboratories, and we stand behind their craftsmanship. This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable law.
2. What is covered
Subject to the exclusions below, this warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear under normal use, such as:
- Frame defects (for example, a frame that splits or a hinge that fails without misuse);
- Lens manufacturing defects; and
- Defects in factory-applied lens coatings (such as anti-reflective coatings) that arise from faulty workmanship.
3. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage from everyday use;
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or breakage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care;
- Damage from improper cleaning, heat, chemicals, or storage;
- Loss or theft;
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or adjusted by anyone other than us or a provider we authorise;
- Changes in your vision or prescription, or a prescription that was inaccurate, expired, or changed (see our Returns & Refunds Policy, Section 6); or
- Products purchased from anyone other than eye2eye.nyc.
4. Authenticity guarantee
For branded frames and sunglasses, we guarantee that the Products we sell are 100% genuine and authentic, sourced from the manufacturer or authorised distributors through the GoHub platform.
5. How to make a warranty claim
Email support@eye2eye.nyc with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We may ask you to return the Product for inspection using a trackable method. If the claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or provide store credit or a refund for the affected Product. Replacement Products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
6. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies in this Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies for a defective Product, and this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Our overall liability is also subject to the limitations in our Terms & Conditions.
